Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Look At You Now website at https://lookatyounowpod.com/ (“the site”) handles personal data, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible

The site is run by Craig Leslie, operating personally. Craig Leslie is the data controller for personal data processed through the site. You can contact him at craig@wabya.com.

What the site collects

• Visitors: the site has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts and no forms. It does not build profiles of visitors and does not ask you to create an account.
• Technical logs: the hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
• Your cookie choice: stored only in your own browser. See the Cookie Policy.
• Administrator account: the site owner's email address and sign-in details, by email and password or Google sign-in, used only to manage the site. Public sign-up is switched off.
• Emails you send: if you email craig@wabya.com, your message and email address are used to reply to you.

Personal clarity enquiries (Wabya)

The “Personal Clarity through Wabya” link takes you to a Google Form run separately by Wabya. Your answers go to Wabya through Google Forms. This site does not receive or store them. Wabya's own privacy information and Google's privacy policy apply to that form.

Podcast platforms and third-party media

YouTube videos load only if you accept external media or click “Load video” on an episode. YouTube (Google) then receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy. Links to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and Substack simply take you to those services, whose own policies apply. The site does not share your data with them.

Service providers

The site, its database and the administrator sign-in are hosted on Lovable Cloud. The database is stored in the European region (Ireland). Google provides the optional administrator sign-in. Where data is processed outside the UK, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or appropriate contractual safeguards.

Lawful bases and how long data is kept

• Running and securing the site, technical logs and the administrator account: legitimate interests.
• Loading optional external media: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Replying to emails: legitimate interests. Emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
• Administrator data is kept while the account is active.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings. To make a request, email craig@wabya.com. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the site changes how it uses personal data. The date at the top shows the latest version.
